Our commitments

Our distribution companies have designed and implemented integrated management systems through which we guarantee to maintain a high level standard regarding the quality of processes and services, people’s health and safety, environmental safety and the quality of parts and materials. Our integrated management programs include specific and measurable objectives in this respect. The processes are continuously monitored and they allow us to maintain and improve our performance.

The Policy Statements in the field of the Integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Energy Management System for each of our companies include firm arrangements so that the provision of the electricity distribution service is carried out under a sustainable and safe manner, according to the principle of energy efficiency, in compliance with the customers’ requirements, the legal and regulatory provisions.

In this respect, we define and include in the Statements the general objectives and the key responsibilities of each employee and of each organizational unit manager, which sets the premises for the achievement of the organizational vision and mission. We communicate our policy to all our employees and to all stakeholders, and we periodically review it, to make sure it is permanently aligned to our organizational strategy.
