Development opportunities

Our colleagues benefit from VR trainings for occupational safety, from training for the yearly dedicated competition “Electrician’s Trophy”, agile as well as soft skills trainings. We are open to their needs and we adapt our development proposals also depending on them.

Dual Class “Future Electrician”

You can join our electrician team immediately after you graduate from a dual class. We support dual vocational training – students have a lot of practical training during the three years of school, visit our stations, where they learn from patient mentors. Meals, travel, accommodation, and scholarships are covered by our companies.
