We abide by our obligations to separate our distribution companies’ identity from the supply companies within PPC Group.
We comply with the provisions in the Regulation regarding the monitoring by the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) of the compliance programs established by the electrical power distribution operators, approved through the ANRE Order no. 97/2021.
Thus, we observe the obligation not to mislead as part of the electricity distribution activity, including with regards to communication and publicity, the separate identity from the economic operator that carries out the electricity supply service within the vertically integrated economic operator, each of the companies Rețele Electrice Muntenia, Rețele Electrice Banat and Rețele Electrice Dobrogea belonging to PPC Group (former known as E-Distribuție Muntenia S.A., E-Distribuție Banat S.A. și E-Distribuție Dobrogea S.A., part of Enel Group).
