Compensations for the terms for the completion of works
Regarding the aspects related to the connection to the grid after you made the payment or to the mounting/replacement of the meter, we are under an obligation to intervene within the terms regulated by ANRE. If, for objective reasons, we cannot do that timely, you are entitled to compensation for the non-compliance with the performance indicators imposed by the Performance Standard.
Reconnection
In case the consumption place was disconnected from the power grid for non-payment, after the confirmation of payment, upon the request of the power supplier, we shall perform the reconnection within 2 business days.
In case you are a natural person and if the reconnection term was exceeded, your consumption place is connected to the high voltage power grid, we shall grant a compensation of RON 270 and if the consumption place is connected to the medium or low voltage power grid, we shall grant you a compensation of RON 90.
In case the reconnection is carried out within a longer term and you are a legal entity, and your consumption place is connected to the high voltage power grid, we shall grant a compensation of RON 270 and if the consumption place is connected to the medium or low voltage power grid, we shall grant you a compensation of RON 130.
Meter
If you are a legal entity, and in your consumption/production place with an approved power of more than 100 kW, the metering group (meter) disappears, is faulty or is suspected of erroneous recordings, we will mount/replace it within 5 business days, or else we will grant a compensation of RON 130.
If you are a natural or legal entity, and your consumption/production place has an approved power lower than or equal to 100 kW, we will perform the mounting/replacement of the meter group that disappeared, is faulty or is suspected of erroneous recordings within 10 business days. In case we exceed this term, we will grant you a compensation of RON 130, regardless of the type of grid the consumption place is fed from.
In case the replacement/reprogramming of the meter is required, upon the request of the distribution contract holder regarding the change of the type of rate or the change of the supply contract holder, we will perform these operations within 10 calendar days. If not, regardless of whether you are a natural or legal entity, or of whether the consumption place is fed from high, medium or low voltage grids, we will grant you a compensation of RON 130.
