Disconnection/reconnection

As a supplier, you can request disconnection or reconnection for your customers directly from your online account.

In order to create an online account on our website, the first step is click on "Register" button below. After you fill in the form, login into your account and you will have access to our online services.

From the main page of your account, you will find in the menu on your right the "Servicii online legate de contract" category. Click on the option "Deconectare" or "Reconectare" in order to request disconnection (upon the customer’s request, for non-payment or temporary interruption of service) or Reconnection for your clients.
