It’s easy to send an online request. You can do that from your online account - whether you are a residential customer, a business customer, a producer, a prosumer, a developer or an electricity supplier.

In order to create an online account on our website, the first step is click on "Register" button below. After you fill in the form, login into your account and you will have access to our online services.

From the main page of your account, you will find in the menu on your right the "Sesizări" category. Click on the option "Înregistrează o cerere (reclamaţie, sesizare, cerere de informații)". After you select the request category under "Tipologie", the field "Tipar" displays several types of requests in that category – select the one that best suits your needs. You can send us a complaint (on energy/equipment thefts, the equipment condition, public lighting, compensations and so on), a request for information or a claim (regarding voltage and other technical data concerning the distributed electricity, the meters, disconnection and so on). Our Customer Care Department will get back to you as shortly as possible.
