Stop fraud Platform
The Stop fraud Platform aims at preventing and countering the attempts to illegally connect to the power grid and the unauthorized interventions on the metering equipment, meant to prevent the registration of the actually consumed power.
The platform allows us to receive and centralize notifications from anyone who is aware of or informed on a situation of infringement of the legal provisions governing electricity consumption. These notifications are anonymized upon registration.
We review the received notification and we initiate control and remedy measures meant to improve the quality of the distribution services, so that all our customers have access to proper quality electricity.
