    E-Distribuție Muntenia invests 7 million lei in increasing the installed capacity of the Dudești primary substation in Bucharest, for the benefit of 7,700 customers

    The total installed capacity of the primary substation was increased from 100 MVA to 130 MVA by replacing the two 110/20 kV transformers of 25 MVA each, with others of 40 MVA each with low losses. In addition, the medium voltage bars were insulated to increase the safety in the operation of the distribution system, but also to protect the fauna in the area.

    E-Distribuție Banat invests about 50 million lei in a new primary substation and medium voltage grids, in the north of Timișoara

    E-Distribuție Banat has completed the construction of a new primary substation, worth 23.59 million lei, in Dumbrăvița commune, near Timisoara, for the benefit of over 5,300 customers, in an area in full development. The primary station is one of the best performing in the Romanian energy distribution system. Another 27 million lei will be invested in the medium voltage grids connected to the substation, the total value of the project amounting to over 50 million lei.

    E-Distribuție invested over 106 million lei in 2022 in the modernization of high voltage electricity grids and some primary substations

    E-Distribuție companies, the electricity distribution operators within the Enel Group, invested in 2022 approximately 106 million lei from their own funds in high voltage projects in Bucharest, Ilfov and Dobrogea and Banat regions. The key projects consisted in the construction of new lines and in the modernization of underground and overhead power lines, along with modernization works in primary substations.
