On the website of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) you will find a list of the certified companies which can be of help in the preparation of the solution study, in the design and implementation of the connection solution and in the preparation of the user system file. If we can also design and implement the solution, the user system file is solely the responsibility of the certified business operator selected by you (the file is prepared after the actual construction of the system).

You can access the list of business operators certified by ANRE here. From the "Electric" sectors menu; select the "Certified type" menu, choose "Agents certification" and the county; then, from the "Document State" menu, select "certified".

In the displayed list, look for the „Fee type” column. Consider only the companies certified for the type of activities you need, specified in the TAC. According to ANRE, the typology of the certificates is the following:

Firstly, you need to know that you can personally attend the approval board debates.

In case you obtained the approval, but you are not satisfied with the connection solution proposed under TAC or with the counter value of the connection fee, or both of them, you may challenge it.

Challenging the Technical Approval for Connection

You may contact us to challenge the TAC within 30 days as of its communication, i.e. the date on which you received it. Submit the complaint through a letter registered with the territorial unit – see here a list of customer relation centers and info points. 

Dispute settlement methods

Within 30 days, you will receive an answer to your complaint and we will try to solve it, or, if that is not possible, the case shall be forwarded to ANRE.

You can apply for a temporary connection if you need electricity for the site organization, in case of a building construction.

Only if you need power below 30 kW at the future consumption place, can you apply for a temporary connection in permanent solution. If you are in this situation, than you have already passed through the connection process and all you need is a meter. When you apply for this permanent new connection, the temporary branch you obtained for the worksite organization is preserved and the meter is going to be installed in the temporary system in permanent solution.

If you want to apply for the temporary connection in permanent solution, use the Application Form and the Questionnaire for the issuance of TAC (see the Applications and data required for connection - consumers and producers ) on which you must choose the box for "new temporary user in permanent solution" at "Type of request".

The deadlines within which we respond to you or act to get you through the connection process are regulated and we have an obligation to respect them. Completion of the process depends on us and third parties, as well as on how quickly you collect the documents that must accompany the applications at the various stages.

For the design / connection solution execution stage, whether we handle it or a certified company does, you must know that you will need no more than 30 calendar days to obtain the construction permit.

Unlike the case of consumers and producers, in the case of developers we are not talking about a Technical Approval for Connection (except for the site organization/temporary Technical Approval for Connection, in the preliminary stage), but, instead, about this contract.

The Agreement for the Development of the Public-Interest Power Grid is the contract you sign with us regulating:

• the connection solution for the development of the power grid;
• the cost for the development of the equipment;
• the conditions and terms for the design/execution of the equipment;

the terms for the reimbursement, under economically-efficient terms, according to the legal provisions, of the share of the cost for the development of the electrical plant paid by the developer (when future customers submitted connection applications for at least 80% of the consumption places in the residential complex, on the other hand).

On the site of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) you will find a list of the certified companies which can be of help in the design and implementation of the electrical equipment.

On case you do not desire to choose a certified operator yourself, we will select one through a public procedure process.

The efficiency share is a part of the counter value of the expenses related to the financing of the power grid development works, as set by the distribution operator on the basis of an economic efficiency analysis, which is reimbursed to the developer only after the number of the individual connection applications submitted by the future customers in the complex represent at least 80% of the overall number of consumption places in the complex. The reimbursement term is of 30 days as of the fulfilment of this condition.

The temporary connection is used for supplying power for a limited period of time, according to the Construction Authorization released by the competent authorities for the building of blocks of flats and / or individual residences.

The first thing you must do is to submit an application for connection, in order to obtain Technical Approval for Connection (TAC) - temporary or for the site organization. This application form can be obtained from our client relations office or from here.

The issuance of the technical approval for connection of the site organization used for building an assembly of blocks of flats and / or individual residences is conditioned by the developer's creation of an escrow type guarantee used for the integral financing of the power grid of public interest.
