Information for producers
If you are a producer and want to obtain the certification of technical compliance, please find below the additional steps you have to take during the connection process. For more transparency, here you can also find the situation of the documents issued by us for the connected producers.
Technical conformity certificate
The technical conformity certificate is required during the connection process only for the producers with installed power over 1 MW. The technical conformity certificate for wind and photovoltaic power stations is issued by the distribution operator for powers between 1 and 5 MW and by the transport operator (Transelectrica) for powers over 5 MW.
If you have a station with a power between 1 and 5 MW, you must make the following additional steps during the connection process: powering the plant for tests and for obtaining the Technical Conformity Certificate for wind and PV power stations.
After we examine the test results, we certify the conformity of the results by issuing the technical conformity certificate.
If the test results are not compliant, there are two options:
- We inform you that you have to reduce the active power injected into the grid down to a value compliant with the ANRE Order no. 74/2013.
- At your request, we can issue a temporary technical conformity certificate with a validity of 6 months, but only if just a single nonconformity was found. We issue that certificate provided you submit a compliance program to guarantee that, at the end of the period, the technical requirements are met.
