The periodically issued electricity invoice includes the name of your electricity supplier, alongside the identification data of the place of consumption.

These services are available to all our customers, but electricity providers benefit from additional services, specific to their activity. Find out more about online services.

In order to have access to the online services, you need to register here. You can log onto your account, from a desktop, laptop or any mobile device with Internet access.

We will answer your complaints depending on their type and complexity, but, by all means, we will need at least 15 calendar days and no more than 30 calendar days, according to the provisions in the Performance Standard for the distribution standard approved pursuant to the ANRE Order no. 11/2016, modified and updated with ANRE Order no. 64/2022.

The POD (point of delivery) is made up of a code that you can identify on the electricity invoice, preceded by:
• RO001E for Muntenia area
• RO002E for Dobrogea area
• RO005E for Banat area
It represents the sole identification code of the place of consumption in the distribution operator’s records.

Unplanned interruptions are accidental, they can be caused by the obsolete distributions grid, as well as by energy storms, the overloading of the grid and unauthorized network interventions. Moreover, the unfavorable weather conditions can affect the electricity distribution service.
Planned outages are required when we carry out modernization works in the areas where we operate.

If you are the only consumer in your building/area whose power supply was interrupted, there might be an interior equipment / electrical panel or general location fuse failure. In order to have it remedied, please contact an ANRE-certified company, which you can select here.
In case the other consumers in the building/area are in the same situation as you are, there might be a collective (scheduled or accidental) outage. In order to notify us on electricity supply outages or faults, please contact our Technical Call Center at the telephone numbers here.

• complaints on voltage variations (electricity fluctuations)

• other types of requests (broken overhead wire, flame in the E-Distribuție equipment, blown equipment, etc.)

If you identified an electricity meter fault (index errors, blocked meter, no display, exaggerated consumption), please inform us on that through your electricity supplier or by contacting us directly.
If, over the past 12 months, there was an unjustified request, for which we covered the verification costs, upon the next meter verification request, you are going to have to cover the cost of the verification operations.

If you are a residential customer, the meter reading intervals are of 6 months, the exception being the cases in which the meters are integrated in modern “remote reading” systems. In these cases, the reading is monthly performed. If you are a non-residential customer, the electricity meter reading period is stipulated in the electricity supply/distribution contract. If the meter could not be read for accessibility reasons during the set period, a new on-site visit can be rescheduled, through the supplier.

A request to have the meter index read, outside the reading scheduled by the distributor, supposes an additional on-site visit, and this service is provided in exchange for a fee. For information on the relevant costs, click here.

The connection of an objective to the distribution grid is performed in compliance with the provisions in the Regulation on the connection of users to public interest electricity grids, ANRE Order no. 59/2013.. Starting 18.04.2016, according to the Performance Standard for the electricity distribution service, approved pursuant to the ANRE Order no.11/ 30.03.2016, modified and updated with ANRE order no. 64/2022, the distribution operator indemnifies users in case it fails to observe the continuity indicators in the electricity supply. If an overvoltage caused by the grid operator leads to electrical appliance failures, within 10 business days as of the occurrence of the overvoltage, you need to contact your electricity supplier, according to the provisions in force approved through the ANRE Order no. 177/2015. Find out more here
