Quality of parts and materials

We implement a quality control system, involving an assessment of the quality and reliability of the parts and material to be purchased: we objectively and punctually assess their compliance with the criteria defined in the technical specifications of the product.

We always focus on the development of innovating products and we cooperate with our suppliers to analyze and solve the problems detected in the design and production stages.

Each of our suppliers undergoes systematic supervision measures:

• Factory acceptance tests on the finished product/material.
• Audit during the production phases and specific tests on the materials stored in our and/or the supplier’s warehouses.

The entire personnel involved in the inspection activities is competent and trained so that each of them is familiar of the products and processes.
