It is particularly important for us to meet our commitments. We have well-defined processes in place to ensure the quality of customer service, the health and safety of the people we work with, and the environment protection in the areas where we operate. We pay constant attention to increasing the energy performance of the electrical installations we operate. Bribery risk management has become part of our organisational culture so that we assure our customers and partners that our commitment to integrity and ethics is a priority. Each of our three distribution companies has obtained specific certifications in this regard.
E-Distribuție Banat, E-Distribuție Dobrogea and E-Distribuție Muntenia have implemented, maintain and continuously improve an Integrated Quality - Labor Health and Safety - Environmental - Energy and Anti-Bribery Management System and hold certificates of conformity to ISO 9001 (quality management - we provide our customers with compliant and adequate services), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management - our employees and collaborators apply the established rules, thus they are protected and the risks of accidents are kept under control), ISO 14001 (environmental management - we take care of the infrastructure, our processes and activities have a low impact on the environment, so that environmental factors, soil, subsoil, air, water, natural resources, flora, fauna, population are minimally impacted), ISO 50001 (energy management - we design processes and execute them in an energy efficient way, we reduce energy losses by using the best technologies) and ISO 37001 (anti-bribery management - we manage the risks of bribery by promoting an ethical culture that enhances partner trust, ensures transparency and strengthens customer relationships, guarantees legal compliance and demonstrates social responsibility and sustainability).
The Integrated Management System supports business processes and their continuous improvement, has a high level of integration and effectiveness, has the ability to meet applicable criteria, responds to stakeholder requirements and delivers expected results. Our companies are regularly monitored by accredited certification bodies, which through regular assessment of systems and processes confirm that compliance certification is maintained and that the associated conditions are met.
