On demand readings
As a supplier, you can send us meter reading requests directly from your online account.
In order to create an online account on our website, the first step is click on "Register" button below. After you fill in the form, login into your account and you will have access to our online services.
To request customer meter reading, from the main page of your account, you will find in the menu on your right, under "Servicii online suplimentare de măsură", a link to "Citiri la cerere". The option allows you to request the verification of readings, the challenged invoiced index reading, the rescheduling of the settlement reading and other options.
