Health and Safety

Each day, at work, we target an ambitious goal: Zero Accidents, because we care about the people working with us. It is our responsibility to raise their awareness on the risks they can expose themselves and others to and on the importance of a responsible conduct meant to prevent incidents. As stipulated in the Stop Work Policy, any risky situation or dangerous behavior should be ceased and immediately notified.

We’ve developed advanced programs and methods through which we train our employees and collaborators on health and safety matters. For instance, we use the Virtual Reality (VR) technology to simulate work scenarios and to train people to comply with the safety procedures, find out the details here.

All the equipment and instruments we work with every day on the field comply with the health, safety and quality standards. To us, it is important to guarantee a safe and responsible working environment and we do that every day in cooperation with the competent authorities and bodies.

We commit to developing a sustainable safety culture, where everyone plays an active role, starting with elementary school students, to whom we have dedicated and we continue t dedicate awareness raising sessions on the matter of health and safety.
